This course is for those who write websites, intranets and anything that goes online

The Internet is full of fascinating places to find information, check out your favorite companies and stores, look for deals, read the news, and much more. However, people don’t read information on the web in the same way that they read a printed newspaper, magazine, or a book. As writers, we have to be very aware of how people approach a web page so that we can create interesting and engaging content. This course is for people who write for readers on the web.

Liza began her career in business administration and while working as a personal assistant completed a degree in communications from the University of New England. After concluding her studies she worked in project management, content management, training and development and before founding The Content Hub a knowledge and collaboration tools manager.

Over the past five years, Liza has also taught business administration at TAFE as well as social media management, blogging, WordPress and web design at her local community college.

Liza is a very experienced learning and development manager with industry recognised training qualifications as well as additional qualifications in online learning.
